(hereinafter, "the Platform"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this document, we request that you do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Okifomjimninm C.A., a commercial company registered at the First Mercantile Registry of the Judicial District of the Capital District and Miranda State, with RIF J-50312847-9.

Okifomjimninm operates a digital real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates the connection between individual investors and real estate project developers in Venezuela. Our services include: Publication and exhibition of previously evaluated real estate investment opportunities. Tools for managing, tracking, and monitoring investments. Communication channels between investors and project managers. Periodic reports on project status and performance. Okifomjimninm acts as a technological intermediary and not as a financial advisor, bank, brokerage firm, or fiduciary. Investment decisions are the exclusive responsibility of the User.

To use the Platform's investment services, you must meet the following requirements: Be over 18 years of age. Have full legal capacity to contract under Venezuelan law. Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. Successfully complete the identity verification process (KYC). Not be included in national or international sanctions lists. We reserve the right to reject or cancel accounts that do not meet these requirements or that present fraudulent information.

Investments made through Okifomjimninm carry inherent risks that the User must understand and accept before participating: Risk of capital loss: There is a possibility of partially or totally losing the invested capital. Past returns do not guarantee future results. Liquidity risk: Real estate project investments have defined terms and generally cannot be liquidated before maturity. Market risk: Macroeconomic factors, regulatory changes, currency fluctuations, and real estate market conditions may affect project performance. Operational risk: Construction delays, government permit issues, or changes in material costs may impact projected results. Okifomjimninm does not guarantee specific returns or the recovery of invested capital.

All content available on okifomjimninm.com, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, source code, and visual design, is the property of Okifomjimninm C.A. or is used under license, and is protected by the intellectual property laws of Venezuela and applicable international treaties. The reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or any other unauthorized use of Platform content without the prior written consent of Okifomjimninm C.A. is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by Venezuelan law: Okifomjimninm shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities, although we continually strive to maintain high standards of availability and protection. Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the User in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Any controversy or claim arising from these terms or related to the Platform's services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Caracas, Capital District, Venezuela. Before resorting to judicial proceedings, the parties commit to attempting to resolve the controversy through a good faith mediation process for a minimum period of 30 business days.

Okifomjimninm reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the Platform. For substantial changes affecting Users' rights or obligations, we will provide notice at least 30 days in advance via email and visible notification on the Platform. Continued use of the services after the modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
